Plants for generation of current with grid connection point in
High-, middle- and low voltage places all concerned actors in front of demanding challenges. Through the publication of new laws for the connection and the operating of the generating plants the system operators creates the frame for the integration into our grids and he has to develop long-term suitable grid concepts.

Manufacturers and operator s of generating plants rise to the laws with technical developments and elaborate the certification process for the evidence of the claimed features together. Finally the politics participate to the consideration of the attainment of the SDL-Bonus based on the EEG.

In front of this background, it’s more important to get the watch about the technical standards, the law, latest discussions and future developments. In the moment, the relevant points are placed in the SDLWindV and the FGW TR8.

Existing turbines (old turbines)
Through the inured novelle of the EEG 2009 and the presented draft bill of the “decree of system service wind energy plants”, the operators of the constituent plants have the possibility to get the service-bonus of 0, 7 cent/kWh for five years.

The requirement is to show a certificate from an independent expert.

New turbines
Since the 1st of January 2009, operators of new plants have to possibility to get 0, 5 cent/kWh in addition to the regular payment during the period of the beginning payment. Therefore you also need an appropriate proof and in the near future also a plant certificate, which is offered by M.O.E..

EEG 2009 § 5
For your planning, you need a certificate corresponding to the EEG 2009 §5, about the most useful grid connection point, technical and economical. We are very keen to advise you and create an appropriate certificate.

Middle voltage directive
Accordingly to the BDEW middle voltage grid connection directive 2008, you need a plant certificate to show your grid connection features. Ensure that your plant is not going to disturb the grid.
